Conditions of Sale
1. Seller information
The owner of the online store www.haruu.ee (and www.haruu.ee/en) ((hereinafter the Online Store) is Krissaar OÜ (registry code 14199896), located at Kopli tee 8-5, Peetri alevik, Rae vald, Harju maakond, 75312.

2. Validity of the sales agreement, product and price information
2.1. These terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
2.2. The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of the products sold in the Online Store are in euros and include VAT.
2.3. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
2.4. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the products.
2.5. Note: If the product price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error (i.e. at least 50% below the product’s usual selling price), the Online Store has the right to cancel the order. In such a case, the buyer will be informed without delay and the amount paid will be refunded in full no later than within 14 days.
3. Placing an order
3.1. To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method must be selected. The total amount payable is then displayed on the screen and can be paid securely using the following payment methods:
- Estonian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele
- Finnish banks: OP Bank
- Latvian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
- Lithuanian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Siauliu Bankas, Medicinos Bankas
NB! When paying by bank link be sure to click the “Back” button on the bank’s page.
3.2. Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment — when paying by bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB. The Online Store does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.
3.3. The agreement enters into force once the amount due has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
3.4. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because the goods are out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from sending the notice.
4. Delivery
4.1. Goods are shipped to the following country: Estonia.
4.2. The buyer can choose between the following delivery methods: Omniva parcel machines, Itella parcel machines.
4.3. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
4.4. Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 7 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement. In exceptional cases, the right exists to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
5. Right of withdrawal
5.1. After receiving the order, the buyer (a natural person acting outside their economic or professional activities) has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days without giving any reason.
5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
5.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases (Law of Obligations Act § 53(4)):
- The goods have been made according to the buyer’s personal specifications or instructions (personalised goods)
- The goods are clearly personal in nature and are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (for example, opened cosmetics, underwear)
- The goods have been opened and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons
5.4. To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning in the same way as is permitted for testing goods in a physical store.
5.5. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
5.6. To withdraw, send an email to the Online Store at hello@haruu.ee no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods. If possible, please also include the reason for the return and your bank account details (name and account number).
5.7. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the withdrawal notice or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the above-mentioned period.
5.8. Return costs: When exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer bears the direct costs related to returning the goods (postage), except where the returned goods are defective or do not correspond to the order.
5.9. The Online Store refunds all payments received from the buyer under the contract (including the original delivery cost) no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or until the buyer has provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
5.10. Additional note: If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
6. Right to submit a complaint
6.1. The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer that already existed at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within up to two years from delivery of the goods to the buyer. During the first six months from delivery, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery, and rebutting this presumption is the obligation of the Online Store.
6.2. Notice of defect: Please notify us of any defect within a reasonable time (preferably no later than within 2 months of discovering the defect) by sending an email to hello@haruu.ee or by calling +372 5695 7704. Please note that the 2-month period is a recommended notification period — the 2-year liability period applies regardless of this.
6.3. The Online Store is not liable for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to buyer.
6.4. If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees related to the sales agreement.
6.5. The Online Store will respond to the buyer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
7. Processing of personal data and privacy

8. Direct marketing
8.1. The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has given explicit consent (by ticking the relevant box on the order form or during registration).
8.2. The buyer may withdraw their consent at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or by sending us a message at hello@haruu.ee. Upon withdrawal, we will stop sending marketing messages without delay.
9. Dispute resolution
9.1. If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by email to hello@haruu.ee or
submitted by phone at +372 5695 7704.
9.2. If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee.

9.3. The Online Store is liable to the customer, and the customer is liable to the Online Store, for any damage caused to the other party by a breach of these terms and conditions, in the cases and to the extent provided by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
9.4. The Online Store is not liable for any damage caused to the customer or for delays in the delivery of goods if such damage or delay is caused by circumstances beyond the control of Krissaar OÜ and which Krissaar OÜ could not foresee or have been expected to foresee (force majeure).
