Haruu is a local family business where warmth and creativity come together to create comfortable clothing, accessories and home products from organic linen, silk, merino wool and lambswool.
We are dedicated to offering environmentally friendly and sustainable products. Our products are made from high-quality materials that are kind to both nature and the wearer. Our aim is to offer stylish and long-lasting solutions that reflect our values and our care for the environment.
Our lovely warehouse managers are very diligent and will dispatch orders within 1-2 working days (except special order products). If the order is placed before 14:00 (Mon-Fri), the parcel will reach you in Estonia within 2-3 working days.
Finding the right size in our online shop is easy! Under each product page you’ll find information and a size chart to help you find the right size for your measurements. In the product description, we’ve also indicated whether the product has a narrower or wider cut and the material composition. This will help you make a more informed decision. If the product you ordered is not suitable, you can return or exchange it in accordance with our returns policy.
We offer a 30-day return policy for international orders from the day you receive your order. The items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject a return if the items have any signs of use.
As soon as we have received and accepted the returned items, the refund will be issued. Please be aware that the refund will be credited to the credit card originally used for the purchase of the items. The return shipping must be paid by you and is not covered by Haruu. The return is at your own risk, and therefore, we recommend that you keep a postage receipt with a tracking number to prove that the package was sent if it gets lost in the mail.
